1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the s23fe platform ("we", "our", "Platform") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By creating an account on s23fe or using any service on the Platform, you are automatically considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the Platform. s23fe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after any amendment will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

To open an account and use any service on s23fe, you must be at least 21 years old. This Platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. Any attempt by a minor to create an account will be subject to legal action.

2.2 Other Eligibility Conditions

• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a contract on your own behalf.
• You must not be an employee, director, or close relative of any employee or director of s23fe.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

When opening an account, you must provide complete, truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed and your balance being forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

s23fe may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately via live chat.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

s23fe supports only the following Bangladeshi payment methods:

For bank transfers, transactions are accepted through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Successfully verified requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing time may increase if complications arise or additional verification is required.

4.4 Source of Funds

You must confirm that the funds you deposit come from a legitimate source. If s23fe suspects that the Platform is being used for money laundering or any illegal activity, it is obligated to suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

s23fe offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. However, even if you deposit ৳12,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Abuse Prohibited

If evidence of bonus abuse (multiple accounts, coordinated betting, etc.) is found, s23fe reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account. Each promotion may have its own additional terms, which apply alongside these general Terms.

6. VIP Program

The s23fe VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

7. Fair Play & Security

7.1 Fair Play Policy

• Consequences of failing to comply with laws applicable in your area or country.

In any circumstance, s23fe's maximum liability will not exceed the total amount you deposited in the last 30 days.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 s23fe's Rights

s23fe may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or a directive from law enforcement.
• If providing services to you is prohibited in any jurisdiction.

11.2 Member's Rights

You may also request closure of your account at any time via live chat. If you have a valid balance, it will be returned to you after the withdrawal process is completed.

12. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, please first contact our support team directly via live chat or email. We will make every effort to resolve the matter honestly and promptly.

If an internal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through mediation. This process must be followed before taking the matter to court.
